Celadon pottery and porcelain have been made in China for more than 1,000 years. The terms "Celadon Pottery" and/or "Celadon Porcelain" refer to any quality earthenware item crafted by the Chinese of simple form decorated with simply incised or carved motifs on the surfaces and a monochromatic glaze of muted green color. We also have some Korean items in the same color hue on view in our showroom.
